Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Domestic shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free local delivery is available for orders over £25 within the UK. Deliveries are made from 9:00am, Monday to Friday. We will contact you by text message on the phone number provided at checkout to notify you of our arrival on the day of delivery.

International shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The cancellation period ends 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to karan@orionwholesalers.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the goods must:

  • Have been purchased within the last 30 days

  • Be unused and in the original packaging

Non-returnable goods

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalised

  • Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, including items that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date

  • Goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

  • Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items

Orion Wholesalers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment. For this reason, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue refunds without receiving the goods or proof of returned delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned goods are received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or if the purchaser had the order sent to themselves before gifting it, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
